Court martialed Dec. 1863, and lost 3 months pay. U.S. records list as "deserter", but appears to have been captured on Bermuda Hundred Lines, on April 5, 1865. Post War Career: Clerk; Farmer. Died- June 13, 1909, in Chesterfield Co., Va.|
