Wadsworth, NJ.; 2- (From 1st marriage) Mary Withers Brodnax Glenn, who married Gen. Civil War Record: Appointed Surgeon at an unknown date; In charge of South Carolina Hospital, Petersburg in the spring and summer of 1862; Moved to North Carolina Hospital, Petersburg, Oct. 15, 1862 and remained there through at least Aug. 1863; Surgeon in charge of General Hospital, Petersburg, spring- summer of 1864; On sick leave with Typhoid Fever Jul.-Sep. 1864; In Oct. 1864 assigned to ambulance and other special duty; Jan. 11, 1865 transferred to North Carolina and assigned as Surgeon in charge of General Hospital No. 14 in Wake Forest, NC. At Greensboro, NC when war ended. Careers: Physician. Died- Nov. 9, 1907 in Greensboro, NC.
