Biography & Genealogy:	Joseph Henry Hebard, Class of 1860: Born- September 22, 1838. Matriculated from Fluvanna County, Va. At VMI 4 years. Graduated 34 out of 41. Military Career: Unofficial source says served as brigadier inpsector on staff of Brig. Gen M.W. West in militia on Eastern Shore. No official record of such service found. Post War Career: Teacher. Died- August 21, 1912 in Onley. Buried in Onancock Cemetery.
