To temporary Capt, Reserve Army CS October 16, 1862. On December 8, 1862 ordered to duty as Ordnance Officer on staff of P.G.T Beauregard. On leave February-March 1864. On May 4, 1864 assigned to staff of Maj Gen L. McLaws in District of Georgia. Post War Career: Merchant. Died- February 19, 1895 in Morristown, New Jersey.
