Married- Nannie Osborne Ficklin, daughter of William Fitzhugh Ficklin of Belmont, Stafford Co. Va. on May 25, 1910. Children- Mrs. James Ashby. (Given name unknown) VMI Record: Entered VMI- Sept. 12, 1894; Resigned May 2, 1896 due to lack of means. Careers: Lawyer; member of the House of Delegates 1908-09; served in the Virginia Senate 1915-23; was often urged to run for Governor or Senator, but always declined. Died- June 4, 1960 in Fredericksburg, Va.
