Biography & Genealogy:	Stone Nolan, Class of 1867: Born- ? Matriculated from Natchez, Misssissippi. At VMI 3 months. Military Record: Enlisted April 26, 1864 in Orange County for war as Musician, 1st CS Engineers ($50 bounty). Appointed Corporal, Company B June 1, 1864. In hospital (Richmond) September 1864 and February 20-21, 1865. Paroled at Appomattox. Post War Career: Unofficial source says died from effects of war wounds. No record of being wounded in action found. Died- January 21, 1867.

The database currently includes the names of all enrolled students (both graduates and non-graduates) from VMI's opening in 1839 through the World War II era.
