VMI Record: Entered VMI- Jan. 25, 1898; Graduated June 26, 1901 standing 18 in a class of 34. World War I Service- 1st Lieut. U.S. Army. Careers: Captain in Tennessee National Guard; Lawyer; President and Co-Founder of a military correspondence school known as the American Military Institute, which was disbanded at the beginning of World War I; Newspaper and Magazine writer; Astrologer. Died- Feb. 8, 1956 in Washington, D.C.

The database currently includes the names of all enrolled students (both graduates and non-graduates) from VMI's opening in 1839 through the World War II era.
