Biography & Genealogy:	Owen Flynn Duke, Class of 1867: Born- Sep. 1845. Matriculated from Suffolk, VA. At VMI 4 months (Sep. 1863-Jan. 1864). Military Record: Enlisted Mar. 28, 1864 at Orange Court House for war as a Private, Company A, 16th Virginia; paroled at Appomattox. Post War Career: unofficial source said he suffered from very weak vision; half brother of Whitehead RO, VMI Class of 1851; worked as a merchant. Died- ca. 1878 (Some records show as "Owen R. Duke" or "Owen R.F. Duke").
