Mosby's Regiment Va Cavalry (43rd Battalion Va Cavalry). Admitted to hospital (Richmond) May 1, 1864 (abscesses right thigh). Furlough (60 day) May 8, 1864. Wounded in action near Fairfax Station August 8, 1864. To 2nd Lt, Company F, September 13, 1864; 1st Lt Ocotber 8, 1864. Unofficial souce says Wounded in action second time. Post War Career: ? Died- July 1872 in Selma, Al.
