Biography & Genealogy:	Walthall H.A., Class of 1865: Born- ? Matriculated from Spout Spring, Va. At VMI 1 year. Military Record: Identification pure speculation, but he may have been the "H. Walthall," Pvt, Company C, 18th Va Cavalry, whose only record is the name on a Chimborazo (Richmond) Hospital Register, March 7, 1865, showing that he landed at Dutch Gap March 3, 1865 (which probably means that he was an exchanged POW) and that his post office was Lexington.
