Brook's Co; Company A [1st], 12th Battalion Va Light Artillery; Company D, Maj W.T. Poague's Battalion Light Artillery). Some records list as refugee from Maryland when he enlisted. Absent sick late 1862-early 1863. To Cpl September 1, 1863. Sick in hospital (Richmond, Lynchburg) December 27, 1863-spring 1864. Paroled at Appomattox. Post War Career: ? Died- 1919. |
