Military Record: No record of post-VMI service found. Unofficial source says he was hired as a substitute. Post War Career: Farmer, Lawyer, Public Official. Commonwealth's Attorney, Spotsylvania County. Represented Spotsylvania County and Fredericksburg in the Virginia House of Delegates 1893-1894. Died- 23 December 1894 in Spotsylvania County.
