With ad hoc detachment of Tx and Louisiana cavalry companies serving with Army of Tennessee July-December 1863. Ordered to Trans-Mississippi December 31, 1863. 1st Lt on March 1864 return. Signed parole June 5, 1865 at Marshall, Texas. Post War Career: Treasurer, Quitman Company, Mississippi. Public Official. Died- November 2, 1922 in Marks, Mississippi. Buried in City Cemetery there.
