Biography & Genealogy:	Charles Emmett Morgan, Class of 1864; 1864-MS): Born- ? Matriculated from Richmond, Va. At VMI 15 months over 3 years (repeated freshman year). Military Record: Identification uncertain, but may have been the "Charles E. Morgan" who on May 30, 1861 enlisted as Private, Company I, 6th Virginia and who was on detached service with the Ordnance Department. Post War Career: VMI man married Mary Lou Goldman, 2nd wife was Cora B. Horner. Merchant, railroad employee. Died- August 19, 1904 of malaria in Memphis, Tennessee.
