Military Record: Enlisted 27 May 1861 at Corinth, MS as a Cpl, Company B, 18th Mississippi. Some records show he enlisted 29 May 1861. Career: Farmer. Died- 14 May 1862 in a Richmond hospital. Some records show place of death as Leesburg, VA.
