Military Record: Identification purely speculative but may have been the 18 year old farmer who on March 4 (probably 1862) at Waterford, Mississippi enlisted for 3 years as a Private, in what became Company D, 34th Mississippi. Reported Mortally Wounded in Action September 21, 1862 at Munfordville, Kentucky. Another record lists deserted February 4, 1863. Died- ?
