Logan; Presbyterian minister Mother: Louisa Lee Paternal grandparents: James Logan and Hannah Irvine Maternal grandparents: William Lee and Jane Payne Marriage: Never married Is the uncle of John L. Logan and George W. Logan, both members of the VMI Class of 1867. Career: After leaving VMI, he was a teacher in Culpeper County where he lived with his brother Dr. Joseph P. Logan; divinity student at Alexandria (Virginia) Theological Seminary (1845-1846) VMI Record Entered VMI on November 11, 1839 from Rockbridge County and resigned on June 15, 1841.
